Toby Palm, O.D.

Optometrist

Dr. Toby Palm is a 2002 graduate of Pacific University College of Optometry, in Forest Grove, Oregon. Following graduation, Dr. Palm worked at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona, and surrounding rural Native American health clinics.

Stacy

Office Manager

Stacy is the office manager who helps keep everything running as smoothly as possible. Stacy met Dr. Palm while attending Pacific University as an undergraduate student. Stacy received her degree in Business Administration with and emphasis in Accounting, graduating in 2003.

Leisa has more than 20 years of experience in the optometric field and is passionate about helping patients feel welcome and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.

Ophthalmic Technician

Lacie is an Optometric Technician who is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident throughout their eye care experience. She enjoys building connections with patients and providing compassionate support during their visits.

Rachel is an Ophthalmic Technician who has proudly worked with Dr. Palm since 2020, where she enjoys being part of a family-centered practice and helping patients feel comfortable and cared for.
Maegen

Billing

Maegen currently works in the billing department and has been with Palm Family Eyecare for 11 years! Maegen has worked in every position at Palm Family eyecare. While many of you miss her in the optical, the billing department allows her more flexibility for time with her family.
